Wilkerson Education Consulting is committed to assisting small school districts to ensure student success. Having been in the position of superintendent of a small school district for 27 years, I struggled with the many responsibilities and demands placed on me. Many times, the additional state mandated tasks shifted my focus from important issues. Although never easy, my career as a superintendent was most rewarding, and I am passionate about helping small schools and the students who attend them.

 I have spent the past 10 years working with small school districts and appreciate the jobs being done to ensure that students have every opportunity to be successful. My experiences have inspired me to launch a project to help the small school district.

The project’s intent is to provide the small district access to expert consultants who will help a district be more efficient and reach compliance with the many state and federal mandates.
